We were all looking forward to a neighborhood swim party Monday evening. But about 30 minutes before it started, it got so dark and started to pour. After about an hour we got an email saying the party would be postponed because of the weather. About 30 minutes later, the sun began to shine. Kasidee said, "Can we go now? It's pitch light outside."
Someday, someday, someday we will get a dog. Really, we will. But Kasidee is still a little nervous about that idea. She said, "If we get a dog, it can only grow medium."
One of Kasidee's favorite TV shows that she watches every once in awhile is Super Why. This morning they said, "L, M, N, O, P, Q...what comes after Q?" Not knowing I was nearby, Kasidee said to the TV screen, "You really need to go to preschool!"
